Sauvignon Gris is a mutation variant of Sauvignon Blanc which has pink grapes. “Gris” refers to grapes which are halfway between white and red. Sauvignon Gris is mainly found in Bordeaux and Chile with very few plantings in South Africa..

This unique wine is made with extended skin contact and fermentation on the skins. This method is unique in the production of white wines, as white wine usually does not spend time on the skins.

An elegant combination of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, this classic blend offers beautiful dark fruit aromas, smooth, velvety tannins, and a long, lingering finish.

A complex array of citrus, apricot, oatmeal and honey flavours with strong minerality and some subtle spicy oak.

This Sauvignon Blanc elegantly represents our unique terroir, with hints of floral spice, cardamom, and white pepper.

We hand select the Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon separately from two specific vineyard parcels, facing the most challenging conditions on the sea-facing mountain slope; severe winds and rocky, decomposed granite soils result in tiny bunches packed with flavour and complexity.

This wine offers notes of freshly picked apricots, ripe pears, limes, and orange blossoms with a hint of fynbos and dried herbs. These aromas follow through on the palate with a refreshingly bright acidity and a lingering fruity finish.
